Other than kinds of fruits and melons, long beans, and some vegetables, Okra and Eggplants are typical seasonal crops of Summer in Hong Kong. Delia, a farmer, believes that, rather than showcasing a large variety of dishes on the table, fresh ingredients are much savory when cooked simply to deliver their freshness. Delia would like to keep a secret at the moment of the seasonal vegetables that she prepared for the workshop.
