There are two ways you can take part in KIDZILLA 2021.

1. Take part in the fitness competition on August 14

You can form a team of up to four people with your family or your kids for this competition.

Register your team on SimplyGiving with a unique team name and set your fitness target for your physical challenge on 14 August. For example, Family O’Brien will complete 3,000m/reps as a combined effort. Then share your team’s fundraising link with your friends and family to support you in joining this competition.

Choose a challenging but achievable target for your team to achieve together. It can be less than or more than 8,849 reps. To complete your reps/metres, pick any movement: air squat, push-ups, etc.  (1 rep = 1 meter), or pick an exercise like swim, hike, bike, row etc. (performed for actual distance). It can be anything that you can come up with as long as you can tally up to your team total.

The fitness competition will take place in TKO Plaza, the Mills and Asphodel Performance & Fitness (kids only). You are welcome to join us in these venues or choose to do them in your own space, such as apartments, gyms, etc. Please be sure to take visuals of your own team in action (video < 15 sec each, photos).

2. Donate via Simplygiving fundraising platform
