“Are you happy, fellow office workers and labourers?”

Working in Hong Kong is stressful: long working hours, high pressure, competitive, you name it. It is common to hear office workers and labourers saying they are facing constant frustration in the workplace.

In a society where competitive culture is highly valued, making mistakes at work seems unacceptable. And with social media becoming an integral part of our lives, one gets anxious about making mistakes because it may go viral and he or she will be judged and get bad feedback.

Caring for the physical and mental wellness of urbanites is the annual theme of this year’s In Time Of programme “Sports Date”. A series of activities has been kicked off in various locations of Nan Fung Group. From 15 June to 1 August, “Loserity” – a society for losers – will present “Lost & Found” at The Store In Time, where failure stories will be shared by people from all walks of life, including singer Cloud, Youtuber Tung Tung of Pomato , singer Luna Is A Bep, psychotherapist Kitning, 903 DJ Yuen Tsz Kin, Hong Kong badminton player Yip Pui Yin and yoga coach Charlotte Lam. “Lost items” will be showcased at the same time to tell their owners’ failure experiences and how significant the objects are to help them pick up themselves.

From July to October, One Stretching will be invited to Loserity to teach us the importance of stretching to help us relieve our body tension. They will also teach us proper techniques so we can stretch anytime, anywhere. In addition, various art therapy workshops will be designed by professionals to engage participants through office applied theater, expressive art therapy, and food workshops – enjoy proper meals during working hours, to help office workers who often face setbacks to establish emotional self-repair ability.
